By purchasing from House of GK you are agreeing to the return and shipping policies. House of GK is not responsible for packages after they have left the warehouse, including lost or stolen in transit. Every order is subject to up to 6 days of processing. Altered orders take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive in addition to the standard processing time. Worldwide shipping is available and subject to additional cost.

Please fill out the form to begin the return process, include order number and all required fields. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached within 10 days of ship date with the exception of Intimates.  House of GK is not responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 6 days to process and up to 4 days to be visible in your account.
